THE ROLE

You will take a fundamental part in the opening of this brand new restaurant and introducing Gaucho to the dining scene in Birmingham. You will be involved in all areas of the business, focussing on exceeding the expectations of the guest and providing amazing product.

You will also be responsible for achieving financial and cover targets and fully involved in team recruitment, development and retention.

THE SUCCESFUL CANDIDATE

We are currently looking for a passionate and committed manager looking for their next step in the hospitality industry.

A charming, confident manner and excellent personal presentation are essential, along with experience of going the extra mile for guests.

You will be incredibly organised and knowledgeable and excited by the challenge of exceeding expectations in all areas of guest care and promotion of Gaucho.

Successful candidates must be confident and at ease in a high end environment whilst maintaining an accessible approach.
