We are currently recruiting for a Site Manager for Pinterest in Dublin 2. 

Location: Pinterest, 60 Dawson Street, Dublin 2, D02 K330

Rate of pay: €17.00 per hour

Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Job Purpose

To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Hospitality department. To co-ordinate events taking place within the meeting rooms, dealing with any issues or queries that clients may have and ensuring that staff are briefed on the meetings and any changes that take place. Start date 1st April 2024.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Responsible for the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the Hospitality service, to delegate control and co-ordinate team member duties and to ensure the day to day functions are run according to the team rotas and daily work schedules.
  • To ensure that all areas are laid out to the standards required for the following day and that all equipment is in good working order.
  • To take direct responsibility for the supervision of the day to day functions
  • To observe and monitor guest satisfaction and to take appropriate action to avoid guest/ client complaints.
  • To deal efficiently and politely with guest queries and complaints and to report such matters to the Operations Manager
  • Ensure that all team members are briefed before the start of each service.
  • To ensure that all team members are correctly presented in accordance with the required standards set by Gather & Gather.
