The opportunity. 
Reporting to the Senior Buyer / Buyer, The Assistant Buyer will be required to support the management of all aspects of a product category area - including range management, pricing strategy, promotional development and execution across stores and online, new product launches, supplier management, forecasting of stock purchases, category performance & market analysis, and product administration.  
 


Job Description

  • Support the Senior Buyer / Buyer in commercial ensuring key KPI's are met for self and team 
  • Implement a forward thinking and relevant customer centric plan that effectively delivers all commercial aspects of the products you buy, including digital
  • Support the Senior Buyer / Buyer stock and cash against targets
  • Support the Senior Buyer / Buyer relationships with suppliers to achieve best in industry
  • Manages relationships with all relevant internal departments
  • Demonstrates and delivers planning to achieve effective use of time, professional execution of role and personal growth goals
