As the Group Aquatics Development Lead, you'll be instrumental in crafting an unparalleled aquatic experience that goes beyond the ordinary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and delivery of a world-class learn to swim and aquatics program, blending commercial growth with an elevated standard of quality
  • Take the reins and lead our learn-to-swim program, pool programming, school swimming, and related products increasing profitability and participation throughout
  • Collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams across the charity to design, co-ordinate, and expand commercial aquatic programs
  • Work hand-in-hand with operational leads to distribute resources effectively, maintaining a high-quality swim offering aligned with Fusion's vision
  • Identify, establish, and nurture key partnerships with public, private, and voluntary sector organisations to ensure the seamless execution of swimming and aquatic plans
  • Lead the development and execution of pool programming, optimising space to enhance participation and revenue

Experience & Behaviours:

  • SEQ Level 2 Teaching Swimming Qualification or STA Level 2 Certificate in Teaching Swimming (Essential)
  • Bring at least two years of invaluable swimming teaching experience (Essential)
  • Strong leadership experience in leisure, particularly related to swimming lesson programs (Essential)
  • Infuse a commercially driven mindset with a solution-oriented, "make it happen" spirit (Essential)
  • Show off your knack for influencing teams and active involvement in networks and communities (Desirable)
  • Champion teamwork and ownership to achieve shared goals (Essential)
  • A commercial awareness that sets you apart (Essential)
  • Radiate leadership qualities to inspire and guide teams (Essential)
