Divisional Facilities Manager - Dartford

Fusion Lifestyle has an exciting opportunity for a Divisional Facilities Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of a portfolio of leisure facilities to ensure the operations, maintenance, and contract standards are met in a professional, cost effective, safe and efficient manner.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include: 

  • Manage the delivery of PPM, Lifecycle and reactive maintenance across all divisional facilities in line with contractual KPI’s and Fusions Policies and Procedures.
  • Oversee FM service provider works on site
  • Hold monthly, documented performance meetings with FM service provider
  • To Ensure Maintenance related lease obligations are fulfilled.
  • Plan, agree and manage the maintenance budget for the business area.
  • Line management of Maintenance Supervisors and Maintenance Technicians including induction, training, agreed work plans and quarterly performance reviews.
  • Manage all reactive issues reported via in house CAFM system, prioritise and oversee repair works in line with contracted response times with client.
  • Manage the facilities assets through the relevant procedures to ensure assets are maintained as per O&M and Contractual recommendations.
  • Prepare reports at regular intervals on the performance of Fusion’s maintenance obligations under their contract with the local authority and attend meetings to review performance.
  • Adhere to and take responsibility for own Hygiene, Health and Safety procedures, and act as role model for these when present at any Fusion site or affiliate site/offices.

Essential Skills Required: 

  • Prior experience in FM or Contract Management is essential 
  • Experience of managing maintenance contracts associated with fabric, mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems.
  • P&L Budget management min £100k  
  • Management of Minor Works Projects in occupied and or public buildings value £100 – 300K   
  • Experience of direct management of a team of multi discipline maintenance operatives 
  • Experience of client reporting, communication, minutes and report writing. 
  • Experience of managing contracts in line with KPIs and SLA’s.
  • Good knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation and experience of centre audits (IOSH or NEBOSH qualified essential)
