With the site of the famous Battle of Edgehill descending below, not only is The Castle at Edgehill the finest location in the whole of Warwickshire, but it is also equipped with the most spectacular views. We offer a delicious Sunday Roast as well as a seasonal changing ‘Eat the Seasons’ menu, alongside some of the best views in the county. The Castle at Edgehill is also proud to have a full wedding venue license.

We believe that some of the finest ingredients in the UK can be sourced from around Warwickshire and Oxfordshire, which is why we only use local produce and the freshest of ingredients. Our expert chefs are regularly altering our menus to reflect the seasonal changes, as well as the latest culinary trends.

• £28,000-£30,000 per annum plus bonus

The Role & Requirements

Freespirit Pubs are on the lookout for a Duty Manager who loves what they do and to play an important role at one of the most unique sites in the area. If you have previous management experience, a strong team approach, a passion for delivering excellent service and the desire to work within a progressive and expanding company – then we want to hear from you!

• Excellent Communication skills
• Genuine love for hospitality and chatting with the customers! 
• A desire to learn and grown
• Confidence with opening & closing venues
• Knowledge of Health & Safety and all BOH admin
• Ability to lead & motivate the team
