Franco is proud of our diverse teams - it’s our people that make our restaurants successful. At Franco Manca we are inspired by the love for Napoli, a city that has welcomed people from all over the Mediterranean for hundreds of years. Our teams also come from different parts of the world and you don’t need to have experience to be successful in most of our jobs, it’s all about having the right attitude.

We love our food

We enjoy celebrating our Italian heritage, from the 15th century natural yeast we use in our sourdough, to the traditional recipes our teams and suppliers use to create our Neapolitan pizzas. We take food seriously and we are looking for people who love fresh and seasonal food as much as we do! Since opening our first pizzeria in Brixton Market, we’ve always sourced unique ingredients with big taste from small farms.

We put on a great show

We’re proud to be the Sourdough pizza pioneers and we are passionate about what we do and take pride in how we do it. We believe that if we have a fun working environment, our customers will have fun with us too! We don’t mind a bit of theatre – that’s why we have pizzerias in open view, so our customers can watch our pizzaioli handmake their pizzas with creativity and passion.

We keep it moving

We thrive on developing our people and we offer all our teams fantastic training throughout their career. Thanks to our internal Franco Academy, many of our Managers started on the floor and now run their own Franco pizzeria, and most of our Head Chefs started as a Junior Pizzaiolo and are now leading their own kitchen team. The pizza business is a speedy one and we love to keep developing ourselves and our teams.
