The Executive Pastry Chef holds a management position within the kitchen department, reporting to the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef and is responsible for supervising the day-to-day running of the Pastry team. This is a very exciting role servicing our Wild Carrot restaurant, which is an upmarket brasserie style with focus on fresh, local produce, plus handling all Pastry items for the breakfast, afternoon tea, Café Sante, Banquet and room service kitchens.  

The ideal Restaurant Chef candidate:

Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire are seeking an individual whose hands-on leaderships style will motivate and drive a team keen for knowledge and growth.

Pastry Culinary creativity and flair are essential alongside the ability to provide guidance to others. Excellent knowledge of H&S and allergens are key.

Previous experience with a new opening, or renovation would be useful.

Good business acumen, excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic are required.
