As a Junior Buyer, your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the category team to support clients and suppliers.
- Extracting and organizing data from multiple sources into clear, readable formats.
- Managing contract and price change administration, including uploading documents to our e-platform.
- Coordinating client communications and product sampling sessions.
- Preparing meeting agendas, creating content, and documenting team actions.
- Managing ad-hoc projects and coordinating follow-ups with team members.
- Maintaining strong working relationships with relevant teams, including CET, Business Pricing, CID, and IT.
- Acting as the first point of contact for the category team to follow up on supplier invoices.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in business administration support.
- Background in procurement or supply chain management (preferred but not required).
- Strong IT skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- A team-oriented mindset with a flexible approach.
- Confidence and a positive "can-do" attitude.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Self-motivation and initiative.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
