My name is Gladys, and I actually discovered the company as a customer. I had thought to myself what a fantastic job it would be to help people plan their dream itineraries. I started in 2013 as a consultant and I have worked my way up to a senior team leader position at the same store I used to book my holidays in!
A big part in my progression in the company has been the Fast Track programme; only 1% of people who apply get onto the programme so I felt incredibly privileged when I was offered a place. The Fast Track programme is based around leadership development for those focussed on reaching the highest levels of senior leadership. We have 2 development days a year and I also host a book club as part of the programme 4-5 times a year. Being surrounded by likeminded, ambitious people is really refreshing and the programme really challenges us in the best possible way. I hadn't considered leadership prior to working at Flight Centre but we have such a strong culture of constant development and improvement, which is so positive and uplifting: I have done so much more than I ever thought possible.

I joined Stage & Screen at the start of July 2016 as a BDM. The people are great; everyone is so friendly, fun and passionate about what we are trying to achieve and the industries that we work with. The clients are just as fun (and eccentric); so far I’ve had meetings in garden sheds, been to glamourous parties with fashion models, seen office Jacuzzi’s and that’s just the tip of the iceberg!
In my first six weeks, I created over £500k of opportunities and signed over £200k of business! What’s more is even though my clients have only just come on-board, we are already working with them on some amazing projects, sending them filming up Kilimanjaro, making documentaries about famine in Africa and creating virtual reality experiences at Legoland. It really is an awesome job and a great brand to work with (plus our office has table tennis!) – what more could you want?

I’m Henry and I’ve been working at Flight Centre for just over 6 months. I love travelling and everything to do with it so working here’s ideal because I get to use this expertise and broaden my horizons, learning about new destinations and hidden secrets of amazing locations. I spend a lot of my time helping people organise their working holidays which is ideal considering I finished mine less than a year ago.
One of the best things about the group is that they can help you find your perfect role. I started my career in Round the World Experts, however felt I was better suited to youth travel. After ensuring the switch was right for me, I was moved to StudentUniverse and I’ve now found my forte within a pioneering new brand of the company.
Flight Centre have also invested heavily in my future. I’m enrolled in the Fast Track Leadership Development Programme, which will help me learn the key skills required for management. It’s also an incredibly social company with opportunities to meet other staff members regularly. It's work hard play hard and the rewards make it worth getting involved!

I’m Natasha, I’ve now been at Flight Centre for nine years and I still love it. I started my career in Flight Centre Kingston where I became Assistant Team Leader in my first year. To progress my career further, I moved to Flight Centre Business Travel where I work today. I’ve been fortunate to travel a lot and visit many different places but India has to be my favourite. I love the culture, how it brings out every single emotion possible in one destination. Flight Centre has a passion for real travel and creating amazing travel experiences and memories for their customers. The dedicated training we receive helps us achieve this every day.
