Do you have a proven track record of achieving sales targets? Are you looking for a new challenge to step up your career? – Let’s work(out) together!   We're on the search for a Corporate Sales Manager to lead the corporate joiner process across the business. This is a key role representing the Fitness First Brand to corporate clients, reporting to the Sales Performance Manager and in close collaboration with the Operations, Marketing and IT teams   Our team is so important to us, the people in our business is what makes us successful. What you’ll be doing…

  • Converting new leads into live corporate accounts.
  • Growing the current corporate accounts to maximise revenue opportunities.
  • Managing the Corporate Business Exchange (CBX) inbox.
  • Identifying new corporate opportunities.
  • Executing and delivering corporate business initiatives aligned to the overall business acquisition strategy, e.g Open Weeks
  • Maximise revenue yield of new corporate partners, whilst taking the opportunity to increase yield of existing partners during renewal periods.
  • Create, manage and share tracker of all new leads status, new accounts, growth of existing accounts and renewal schedule.
  • Ensuring the smooth and effective renewal process for existing corporate partners.
  • Creating and executing referral campaigns for existing corporate partners.
  • Building a retention plan to ensure longevity of existing high value corporate partners.
  • Delivering regular and scheduled training to General Managers (GMs) and Club Heads of Department (HODs) to improve lead generation, conversion and retention of corporate accounts.
  • Supporting clubs with creating and executing wellness events for new and existing corporate partners, alongside a complete monthly planner and tracker.
  • Working closely with the Corporate admin team, Digital marketing team and other stakeholders to maximise opportunities with corporate intermediaries, e.g Gymflex.
  • Liaising regularly with the Corporate admin team to ensure all agreements are correct and communications to corporate partners is accurate.
What are we looking for…?
  • 3+ years’ experience in a membership sales management role within a corporate environment
  • A proven track record of achieving volume and revenue targets in a gym membership business
  • Experience with coaching and training teams and individuals to improve sales skillsets
  • A keen interest in fitness is essential; understanding our core target customer and how our product and services are connected is critical
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Excellent written and presentation skills. 
  • A creative mind with the confidence to share ideas to improve performance
  • Excellent collaboration / communication skills and a team player
  • Self-motivated, energetic, with an entrepreneurial mind-set
  • Proactive individual with a healthy ‘can do’ attitude
