Facilities Manager - London Office, London

Here at Fitness First we’re looking for an energetic experienced Facilities Manager to lead the facilities department.

What you’ll be doing….

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you’ll be responsible for leading the facilities department, to ensure the efficient repairs and maintenance across all our locations, and that they are in line with standards and compliance.

On a day-to-day basis as the Facilities Manager, you will be managing multiple workloads, and you will be accountable for liaising with key stakeholders and contractors.

You’ll oversee and lead an experienced facilities field and compliance team, and the helpdesk support team.

We will give you the autonomy to define and source opportunities to improve SLA’s, Cost lines and efficiencies across all preventative and reactive maintenance requirements.
