Corporate Account Manager - Nationwide

As a leading provider of fitness in the UK, we have a great opportunity for a Corporate Account Manager within our Corporate Sales Department. We have a large estate of fitness clubs across the UK and within this is a significant corporate membership business.This role will be responsible for managing a number of corporate accounts with the focus being on service, retention and growth.

What does the role entail?

• Due to its regional coverage the role requires a flexible approach to working hours and an ability to service, maintain and renew existing business
• To coordinate closely with the Head of Corporate to support the development of Corporate services and assist in the development of partner services which will add value to the Corporate Proposition
• To generate secure, contracted revenue through dedicated account management
• To create and drive a personalised account management approach to exceed YOY budgets
• Be a role model for the Company - engaging with corporate clients and employees, working closely with the all teams
• Engaging with club teams to deliver 12 month wellness plans bespoke to companies
• Be an ambassador for DW Fitness First seminars , events and open weeks, classes and signature products
• Make great connections with all clients, Corporate team, employees and current corporate members

Required skills and experience

• Good level of knowledge of the fitness industry
• Ability to mentor, coach and develop a team
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable to business needs
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with a range of people
• Ability to meet set targets and deadlines
• Ability to be self motivated and pro-active in your duties
• Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
