Assistant Food & Beverage Manager - London

We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our highly successful team at the Covent Garden Hotel.

This is a hands on, operational role, assisting the F&B Manager with the daily operation of the hotel food and beverage outlets. You will be liaising between senior management and team members, to ensure that the highest level of customer service is being delivered and the expectations of our guests are consistently exceeded - no two days will be the same!

What are my main duties as Assistant Food and Beverage Manager?

  • Working alongside the Management teams of the restaurant, room service, events and mini bar
  • Supporting the Food and Beverage Manager
  • Deliver 10 minute training sessions to the team members on service standards and product knowledge
  • Monitor sales and standards of upselling delivered
  • Create departmental objectives and benchmark monthly objectives

Hours required for the role of Assistant Food and Beverage Manager:

As Assistant Food and Beverage Manager you will work full time as required by the operation. You will need to be flexible with the days and times you are able to work.
