ExCeL London, the exhibition and international convention centre, is the host venue for a variety of events from award winning exhibitions and conferences to international association meetings, product launches, banquets, award ceremonies, sporting events and great days out.

Levy Restaurants UK are looking to recruit a Retail Operations Mgr to support the growth of our catering contract with the site after obtaining additional catering units within the venue.

Role Responsibility

  • To ensure the overall management of the retail operation in the venue, including set up, break down and operation of these areas
  • To inspire the business to deliver exceptional service to our clients and guests
  • To facilitate day to day clients and operations, ensuring that we are meeting expectations and consistently Winning One Customer at a Time
  • To demonstrate full alignment to our Levy Restaurants vision and values by doing the right things and celebrating successes
  • To support the Concessions Team within ExCeL, Levy Restaurants venue. To inspire them to deliver exceptional service to our clients and guests through the Levy Difference
  • To support and lead the staff and managers to ensure operational excellence and efficiency at all times aiming to exceed the client and guest expectations
  • To review the concession business and performance and ensure delivery of key financial targets and customer feedback targets
  • To support in the continual development of the business using new products, service techniques and other efficiencies.
  • Lead the day to day retail operation for event days
  • Lead the set up and clear down on non-event days
