Activity and Wellbeing Coordinator - Mid Suffolk Leisure Centre - Stowmarket, Suffolk

Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Individual to take on this role who is ready to embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about actively working within our local community to engage residents in activity that will improve their health and wellbeing.

We need an Activity and Wellbeing Coordinator who will…

• Have a level 2 in coaching/instruction or equivalent
• Otago/chair-based exercise or group exercise qualifications an advantage.
• Coaching experience to be able to lead a wide range of high quality activities in village halls, schools, care homes, disability groups, mental health charities, clubs and leisure centres.
• Have the ability to coordinate a team of activity leaders and coaches.
• Oversee the organisation and administration of activities to deliver the Local Community Wellbeing Plan
• Ensure that the highest levels of customer service and safety are achieved in the activities you oversee.
• The ability to over-achieve KPI’s and targets set
• Have a First Aid at Work but not essential as will be provided
• MUST have a full driving license.
