Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Individual to take on this role and embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting driving exceptional customer service standards, delivering Key KPI’s and ensuring the day to day centre is operated safely

We need a Sales & Duty Manager who will…

• Have previous experience in a supervisory role in a leisure centre
• Be able to lead and motivate a diverse team fully embracing our company values
• Be focused on high customer service standards
• Create an environment where colleagues can achieve their full potential
• Be results driven with a demonstratable track record in exceeding targets
• Have a proactive approach to growing the Everyone Active membership base
• Demonstrate exceptional time management and deadline compliance

This position will involve day, evening and weekend work, including public holidays and the cover of duty manager shifts.

National Pool Lifeguard, First Aid at Work & Pool Plant Operators qualifications are desirable and will be expected to attain if successful in the application .
