Swim Teacher - Edgewood Leisure Centre

Monday 4pm until 6pm

£10.66 per hour

Everyone Active is currently seeking a high calibre, positive, supportive, inclusive and progressive individual to join our swim teaching team.  

The role will initially be focussed on the delivery of our award winning swimming lessons and inspiring those to learn and develop there swimming techniques.

The Swim Teacher will be responsible for

• Ensuring that there is a safe environment at all times
• Adhering to the ASA Learn to swim pathway/Scheme
• Providing a welcoming environment, and leaving a positive impression.
• Ensuring that policies and procedures are followed at all times, pre, post and during the activities.

The successful candidate will need;

• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
• An positive/fun attitude towards teaching
• An ability to work on own initiative.
• An approachable character and enthusiastic approach
• ASA Level 2 Swim teacher Qualification or equivalent
• Safeguarding and DBS check
