Catering Supervisor - Mid Suffolk Leisure Centre

Full time or 2 x Part- time at £8.10 per hour rising to £8.50 per hour from 1st April 2019 + Excellent Benefits

We are seeking an experience and enthusiastic catering professional to lead our busy food, beverage and vending operation.

Key requirements of the role are:

  • Leadership of a busy catering department
  • Provide excellent service standards whilst meeting financial objective
  • Manage food hygiene operations and standards in line with legislation and company procedure
  • Stock management, control and reporting
