Who we are as an organisation

We’re a vibrant, fast growing, and ambitious Charitable Trust – operating 16 centres / 9 pool sites across Cheshire East and re-investing 100% of surpluses into local communities.

‘Developing our people’ is close to our hearts and we aim to attract and develop the best people to drive our business forward. It’s due to our fantastic team our organisation has grown extensively since 2014 and continues to recover & re-grow following the 2020-21 pandemic-related closures.

We recently celebrated our 7th birthday as an organisation and we're proud that during those initial few years we've recorded numerous achievements including Investors in People status, Employer of the Year, numerous Apprenticeships awards.

We help people improve their lives through physical activity and healthy recreation - be that through both traditional and new innovative fitness experiences, our Everybody Healthy range of health and wellbeing programmes and initiatives, on our Everybody Swim learn to swim scheme, or through one of our leisure development services/ programmes - the Talented Athlete Support Scheme. Volunteer Programme, Club & Coach Development, Bikeability and much more!

We’re also a specialist training provider - our Everybody Academy delivers a range of training and development opportunities including volunteering, apprenticeships, and work placements.

In addition, we’ve our Taste for Life Catering product – with onsite cafes in Everybody leisure centres, and business and event catering services, as well as children's party catering.

Did we mention we're ambitious!? Our developments don’t stop with investment going on across the estate.  We’re particularly proud or our newest facility in Alderley Park– opened in 2019, this state-of-the-art gym and sports complex offers something for everyone with a gym, group fitness studio, sports hall, three outdoor tennis courts, and a five-a-side all-weather football pitch.  It's a fantastic new addition to the Everybody estate and the first site in Cheshire East to include an immersive group cycling studio - the Les Mills 'The Trip' experience.
