Job Type: Full Time / 37 hours per week

Salary: £26,500 per annum

Get the feel good factor as an Everybody SWIM Lead - helping build a nation of great swimmers through taking ownership of the aquatics programme at Knutsford Leisure Centre and being responsible for your own team of teachers

If you’re an inspirational swimming teacher with some experience of swim scheme coordination (large or small) and looking to take that next step in your Aquatics/Leisure career our Everybody SWIM Lead role is perfect for you.  You’ll join our highly committed team who are eager to develop the programme and themselves – to push our fantastic scheme to the next level.

Everybody SWIM Leads co-ordinate our ‘Everybody SWIM’ products including the Learn to Swim Scheme.  Each week you’ll liaise with customers and colleagues to ensure excellent services are delivered, spending part of your time coordinating the scheme and managing your team, and part actively delivering swimming lessons. Co-ordination and delivery time will be based on the size of the programme.

A qualified Level 2 Swimming Teacher you’ll be a great communicator, keen to succeed, and able to build strong relationships - inspiring others to deliver their best every day.
