Commis Waiter/ress

 

to join our Food & Beverage team.

 

Commis Waiter/ress Overview:
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Commis Waiter/ress will have responsibility for mis-en-place and preparation of the Restaurant and equipment prior to service, (open breakfast, lunch and dinner). The Commis Waiter/ress will not only ensure that the restaurant consistently operates to a 2 AA Rosette standard, but endeavor to make every meal an occasion for its guests. The Commis Waiter/ress will ensure that high standards are consistently maintained and procedures are followed.

Attributes/Experience
Enthusiasm, dedication and a genuine passion for food, wine and people. Customer care and communication skills and the ability to interact with colleagues and guests in a friendly professional manner is essential.
