Overview: 

The role of C & B Manager is one of the key operational roles within the hotel. The main focus of the role will be conference and banqueting operation along with the F& B Services Manager - Restaurant, overseeing  the food and beverage operations  across the hotel  that includes  Restaurant, Brassiere Lounge & Bars and Room Service, ensuring sales led culture within the team whilst providing the highest quality of guest service and maximising the department profitability.  

Attributes/Experience: 

You will be an excellent communicator and organiser, with smart appearance and a good command of English, both spoken and written. You will have the ability to understand the needs of the hotel as a whole and be able to priorities and problem solve. You will remain calm under pressure and have a proactive approach.  Experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel is desirable.
