Spa Therapists - Variable Hours

The Grand Hotel in Eastbourne are looking for talented Spa Beauty Therapists to join our busy Beauty Therapy team. Various hours available - may suit someone wishing to work flexi time or fit hours in around other commitments. When you join us:

• You will be involved in delivering a high standard of a range of beauty treatments for our hotel guests, day spa visitors and members.
• You will welcome and look after the needs of your clients and be constantly aware of their requirements and do everything possible to exceed their expectations
• You will be organizing refreshments and responsible for cleaning your room at the end of the day.
• You will be required to upsell add-ons to treatments and products and we also offer a commission structure for product sales.
• We can offer various hours to suit you, however please bear in mind that weekends and bank holidays are our busiest times and we are looking for someone who can work these days.

What we need from you:

• A genuine desire to exceed people's expectations and go above and beyond to make people feel truly special
• A good command of the English language, both verbal and written.
• Possess a 'can do' attitude, attention to detail and be able to use your own initiative.
• Level 2 qualification in Beauty Therapy essential, or equivalent
• Experience in a hotel or spa environment desirable
