Group Sales Manager - East Sussex

Group Sales Manager - Specialist Sales Overview Elite Hotels, a collection of luxury hotels have an enviable reputation for service excellence within the leisure and corporate markets. As part of our continual business growth we are currently forming a new Group sales team to drive business for our four hotels. This will include appointing an experienced sales professional to develop group related business through effective account management of this niche market including associations, sporting groups, incentive travel and entertainment and DMC's. Reporting to the Group Director of Sales and Marketing you will be responsible for selling across the four hotels, driving demand for group event business. This proactive role will be appointment based to include developing business relationships within this segment, negotiating partnerships with the ultimate goal being to maximise available business opportunities. Key skills

• Identify key bookers within specialised field, manage relationships and drive forward business
• Extensive sales and account management skills with previous experience of working within specialised segments
• Able to negotiate at a senior level
• Able to construct and execute sales & client action plans
• Excellent presentation and client facing skills
• Good understanding of sales process, able to upsell and close effectively
• Direct sales experience - ideally within the hospitality industry
• Must have full UK Driving Licence
