The Commis chef role:

 

The Commis Chef will be working in a busy kitchen preparing produce for Banqueting, Fine Dining Restaurant or the Brasserie. Learning all the skills needed to progress within the kitchen, you will prepare produce to the highest standards as shown. You will be working in a professional, friendly brigade under the direction of our Executive Chef, Chris Mouyiassi.

 

The Commis chef will:

 

  • Have a NVQ level 1 & 2. Level 3 desirable, but not essential.
  • Possess a 'can do' attitude and excellent attention to detail.
  • Have a good command of both verbal and written English.
