Ashdown Park Hotel and Country Club is a stunning grade two listed country house set in 186 acres of beautiful grounds on the edge of the Ashdown Forest. An award winning 4 red star Hotel, fine dining two rosette Anderida Restaurant and fully equipped Country Club and Spa, we offer our guests a complete experience.

We are looking for exceptional individuals who are passionate about providing first class customer service to work in our Restaurant and Conference and Banqueting department.

Overview

Reporting to the Departmental Manager, as commis waiter/waitress you will be responsible for assisting the Food and Beverage teams, providing excellent customer service. You will ensure that high standards are consistently maintained and procedures are followed. You will provide food service to guests and assist with the preparation of function rooms prior to service.

Attributes/Experience 

Some experience as waiter/waitress desirable, although not necessary as training will be given. Customer care and communication skills and the ability to interact with colleagues and guests in a friendly professional manner are essential. Hours can cover weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Due to our countryside location own transport is essential and due to the serving of alcoholic beverages applicants must be over the age of 18.
