Training & development:

We train and develop all our team members to ensure that they are set up for success within their roles. We do this through our crafted training plans (unique to each role), our e-learning portal and practical training on site with EL&N experts.

Working in hospitality, it can be tough to have a work life balance. We promote it by ensuring everyone only works single shifts and has flexibility with their rota if needed.
