We have an opening for a hands-on, people focussed GM to join the team – someone who knows their PnL’s inside out, who’s on top of their GPs, whilst also coaching and communicating with the team to reach their true potential.

EL&N General Managers need to be:

• Full of personality, flair and individuality
• Passionate about providing outstanding guest experiences
• Able to understand the financials, and be in control of labour and operational costs
• Fully accountable for stock results and PnL’s
• On top of time management, communication and organisation
• Able to coach, train and motivate the team
• Flexible and solution orientated to solve any issues that might arise
