House Host - Arden Hotel, Stratford-upon-Avon

Do you love to host? Are you a people person with a big personality who is passionate about hospitality? If so we’d love to hear from you about an exciting opportunity at Arden House.
As a ‘house host’ you will look after guests from start to finish, making them feel as comfortable as they would in their own home. You will be greeting guest on arrival, checking them in to their bedroom, serving afternoon tea and drinks and making sure their bedroom is turned down in the evening. You will also serve breakfast in the morning and ensuring they receive assistance throughout their stay with anything they wish to do or see in the area.
