Split Wet/Food: 30/70
The High Park is a popular Eating Inn with a huge family profile. The site has a good mix of customers and the play zone is a great attraction for families.

They offer a range of fantastic dishes suitable for all occasions – from a quick bite to eat to the most special of occasions. Our teams pride themselves on offering the warmest of welcomes and you’ll receive a tailored personal service and great offers, so your visit becomes the very best it can be.
With our stylish and contemporary interiors, Eating Inn creates a relaxed atmosphere where you can sit in the bar with friends, pop in for a mid-week meal with the kids, or enjoy a full Sunday roast with the whole family.

What we are looking for
As an Assistant Manager you will support the General Manager with all aspects of the successful management of the business. With fantastic people and social skills, you will be able to build friendly, efficient and effective relationships with your customers and staff. With previous supervision or team-leader experience, you will be committed to motivating and developing a fantastic team. You will have a real enthusiasm for hospitality and will be customer-focused and passionate about delivering excellent service. With the ability to follow and maintain procedures you will be driven to ensure strong standards across the business. Ideally, you will also have an awareness of P&L and will be able to work to achieve budgets and targets. With a proactive and positive attitude, you will be excited about career progression and will be constantly looking for ways to develop both yourself and the business.
