Founded in 2007, Eataly is the world's largest Italian artisanal food and beverage marketplace.
Our bustling London store, houses 4 restaurants, 7 bars, a gourmet grocery market, fresh counters, bakery, quick service restaurants and much more! 
 

The Brand & Communications Executive is responsible for all brand campaigns implementation, whilst crafting compelling content and providing digital analysis of all marketing activities instore and online. Managing all internal and external material including PR and key brand partnerships, the specialist aim is to boost the visibility of our brand and expand our market presence, promoting products and establishing leadership throughout the food industry.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, PR and Digital Communications or any relevant field.
  • Previous experience with Digital paid ads (Meta), Google search, and CRM (newsletters and audience segmentation)
  • Previous experience executing brand campaign strategies and managing communications, PR & social media.
  • Knowledge and experience in the hospitality industry (retail industry as a bonus).
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication skills with demonstrated experience writing compelling and concise messaging.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English. Any knowledge of Italian is advantageous.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build successful partnerships.
  • Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays where business requires.
  • Right to work in the UK.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager and PR agency on all messaging, press coverage and activations and manage the day-to-day output and deliverables.
  • Support in the implementation and execution of all brand campaigns and communications on brand across all marketing channels for every campaign, providing relevant reporting.
  • Monitor and analyse industry trends, competitor activity, and media coverage to inform decision-making.
  • Support the Marketing Manager in developing a digital communications strategy, that includes newsletter, blog, and website plan, developing and producing content working closely with the creative team.
  • Work closely with the Social Media and Content Specialist, producing all relevant content for social channels on a monthly basis.
  • Track, report and analyse social media, website, and newsletter performance, reporting on social media performance and engagement monthly.
  • Support the Marketing Manager in creating and executing a community relations strategy, partnering with offices, associations, and other local organisations.
  • Liaise with the School and Events team to execute and promote in-store and online public and private events, including all press, digital communications and social media coverage leading up to, during and following the events.
