As the Assistant Bars Manager, you will lead the bars team's daily activities in accordance with Eataly's policies and objectives to ensure guest satisfaction, profitability, and a positive, productive and engaged work environment across the 7 unique bars across Eataly London.

Working closely with our Beverage manager to manage and train our team of Bartenders and oversee stock control and maintain high standards.

• Significant experience leading a high-volume, high-quality multi bar operation.
• A passion for food and beverage and the Italian culture.
• Ability to work well as part of a large senior team.
• Willingness to be flexible and support multiple teams.
• Fluent in English.
