THE ROLE

Reporting into the HR Manager as well as the CEO and Owner, you will be an integral part of the People team, working closely with our in-house trainer and venue management. This is an exciting and diverse role that has amazing growth opportunity for the right person. You should be outgoing and have a natural flair in connecting with people. This role is predominantly Monday to Friday, based in our gorgeous Spitalfields HQ, with travel to our venues in London.

Your day-to-day will consist of creating job ads, managing our job boards, CV & phone screening, as well as leading first round face-to-face interviews for Junior to Mid-senior level management and head office roles. Our ideal candidate will enjoy working on and developing our recruitment strategy as well as contributing ideas on company culture and any other reasonable ad-hoc tasks. There will be lots of opportunities to take charge of fun projects, such as recruitment days/events, assisting at training workshops and community events, as well as looking after ELPC careers digital presence (such as Instagram, LinkedIn and creating internal company newsletters).

REQUIREMENTS

· Energetic, personable, kind – a true People Person

· Should have at least 1 years’ experience as a HR Assistant or as an in-house recruiter

· Must have a hospitality background (preferably pubs and bars or restaurants)

· Excellent communication & listening skills

· Professional phone and email manner

· Self-motivated with a positive outlook

· Knowledge of job boards such as Indeed, Leisurejobs, Caterer, LinkedIn etc. required

· Has previously worked with an ATS

· Forward thinking & confident in what you do

· Keen to progress their HR & Recruitment career in hospitality
