The role?

As a Chef De Partie your main responsibility will be to wow customers following the Chefs recipes, directions, and menu.  If you have drive and want to progress your career, then we will nurture and train you internally to become our next generation of Sous- and Head- Chefs.

Requirements?

·       Enthusiastic about their work

·       British Cooking experience

·       Organised

·       Trained in HACCP

·       Level 2 Hygiene

·       Positive attitude

·       Committed to food & work

·       Team player

·       Perfect knife skills

·       The desire to challenge themselves in a busy kitchen
