Salary: £11ph plus SERVICE, TIPS, FAMILY DINNER, INCENTIVES AND DISCOUNTS IN ALL VENUES

The Venue?

We currently have 5 venues and opening The Saxon next month on Clapham High Street. This is a very exciting opportunity to be part of a brand NEW OPENING team. 

The role?

As a Chef De Partie your main responsibility will be to wow customers following the Head Chefs recipes, directions, and menu. You will be a team player and have the enthusiasm to bring only the best food to the table. If you have drive and want to progress your career, then we will nurture and train you internally to become our next generation of Sous- and Head- Chefs.

Requirements?

· Enthusiastic about their work

· British Cooking experience

· Trained in HACCP

· Level 2 Hygiene

· Committed to food & work

· Team player

· Perfect knife skills

· The desire to challenge themselves in a busy kitchen

· Wants to progress and develop their career

· Loyal, honest & respectful
