We now have 5 incredible sites in London across Spitalfields, Soho & Camden and are opening South London's most exciting new venue!

The venue?

The Saxon - South London's hottest new opening! Think fresh, raw & edgy - the perfect day to night neighbourhood hangout. Spread over 6 floors with a private dining room, 2 bars and a large roof terrace, fresh all-day dining and a creative drinks & cocktail menu. The Saxon will have something for everyone whether it's a family gathering, sexy date-night or a buzzy night out with your mates, all are welcome here!

The role?

We are looking for incredibly passionate and driven Assistant Bar Managers who have at least 3 years’ experience working in pubs, bars and restaurants. This role will suit a Senior Bar Supervisor of a large venue or a Bar Manager of a smaller operation, ready for the next step in their career. You will be hungry to progress and grow your career as we grow as a company.

We want passionate individuals who love to push the boundaries and really have fire in their belly when it comes to hospitality. A positive outlook is the heart of the company.

As an Assistant Bar Manager, you will support the Bar Manager & General Manager in the day to day running of the venue and assist in the day-to-day training of junior team members. You will keep the bar running smoothly, help with ordering and stock taking. As we are a young and growing company, we will nurture you and will provide many opportunities for growth and personal development.

Requirements?

• Be full of personality, ambition & energy
• Have at least 3 years’ experience working in hospitality, as a Senior Bar Supervisor or Bar Manager
• Must have fantastic product and cocktail knowledge
• Hospitality as a chosen career, you could see yourself as a future GM!
• Personal License of advantage
• Experience in high volume, fast paced bars, pubs or restaurants
• Excellent customer service skills, people focussed
• Team player – don’t be a dick!
• Passionate – you must genuinely love people!
