We now have 5 incredible sites in London across Spitalfields, Soho & Camden and will be opening another 2 London sites this year, creating fantastic opportunities in our new and current sites.

The role?

We are looking for incredibly passionate and driven Duty Managers who have at least 2 years’ experience working in pubs and restaurants.

We want passionate individuals who love to push the boundaries and really have fire in their belly when it comes to hospitality. A positive outlook is the heart of the company.

As a Duty Manager, you will support the general manager & management team in the day to day running of our venues.

You will be keen to learn & grow in the company, supervise the team on shift, assist with staff training & ensure customers receive exceptional service.

Requirements?

• Be full of personality, ambition & energy
• Have at least 2 years’ experience working in hospitality, as a junior manager / supervisor
• Must be keen on growing with a company
• Hospitality as a chosen career, you could see yourself as a future GM!
• Personal License of advantage
• Experience in high volume, fast paced bars, pubs or restaurants
• Team player – don’t be a dick!
• Passionate – you must genuinely love people!
