Internationally acclaimed Taiwanese Brand Din Tai Fung will be opening its inaugural restaurant in the UK in 2018, and is looking for talented individuals to pioneer this initiative.

Have a passion for service? As an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Manager, you will join a dedicated team of F&B professionals, serving up world famous Taiwanese signatures.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Has overall shift responsibilities and is accountable for the smooth running of the restaurant
  • Responsible for staff & sales management, product quality, maintaining excellent customer service standards, staff recruitment and execution of advertising & promotional programmes
  • Lead and motivate staff in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain highest standard of service quality
  • Create a sound and strong working relationship with all staff and help to develop their maximum potential
  • Involve and prepare pre-service meeting/roll call for staff
  • Evaluate operational procedures and suggest improvements
  • Enforce hygiene regulations and upkeep restaurant cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Responsible for all report and schedule submissions in a timely manner to the Asst/Area Operations Manager
  • Attend all meetings and training programs when required
  • Overseas posting/attachment may be required

 

Educational Qualification Experience / Skills and Competencies Requirements:

  • Diploma Certificate in F&B At least  5 years’ experience in relevant field
