Logistics Administrator - The London Stadium, Stratford

This is you, and we need your stand out administration and keen eye for detail to join our Logistics Team at the London Stadium as the Logistics Administrator

Delaware North believes in the power of partnership and working collaboratively – with the guest experience at the heart of everything we do. So, theideal candidate is professional and would come from a similar administration or support role or has worked within the hospitality industry and can demonstrate strong administration and customer service skill. 

This role will be responsible for the administration duties in order to support the daily logistics function at London Stadium. Duties will include managing the master delivery schedule, planning and coordinating the delivery of all catering goods with all departments to ensure receipt of goods, the administration of the order to process invoices, maintain health & safety records whilst recording and controlling master keys to stadium equipment including Forklift Trucks, radios and catering areas and operating the Delaware North event control desk on event days. 

This role is offered on a full-time basis of 40 hours per week, with flexibility required to work evenings and weekends around the London Stadium match and event day schedule.
