Kitchen Assistant

This is you, and we need your energy and enthusiasm to help us deliver a first class food offer at our multiple outlets at Glasgow Airport during the summer season. We need you to lead by example and show how seamlessly you can move through the gears. This role will support the prep room supervisor with the preparation of raw components, daily preparation of bread and baked products to agreed recipes.

As this role is based within an airport the ideal candidate needs to be flexible as early starts of 3am will be required and late finishes up to 10pm depending on rotas.  Parking can be provided and paid for by Delaware North, meals are provided on duty as well as uniform.
