Merchandise Assistant (Temporary) - Wandsworth - 20 hrs

What you'll be doing...

 

The most important thing you’ll be doing is simple… Putting the customer at the heart of everything you do!

 

Our Merchandise Assistants combine exceptional customer service with product replenishment and presentation. You’ll spot every opportunity to offer fun, friendly help to our customers from the till points to the fitting rooms and go out of your way to ensure perfect product availability at all times. Using your knowledge of the latest ‘must haves’ and what’s selling you’ll ensure our displays look beautiful and always offer a full complement of sizes, colours and styles to choose from.

 

What you'll bring...

 

Your natural ability to spot the customer who needs help or quickly recover the display that’s sold out means you’ll really play your part in this team. You’ll instinctively take pride in merchandising product displays to the highest standards and confidently find a way to fulfil the customer’s every need, every time!. You’ll need an eye for detail, great organisational skills and a genuine passion for really connecting with people. Always ready to help, always happy to go the extra mile and always with a friendly smile

 

When you’ll be doing it...

 

This is a temporary contract until the end of December 2019

 

We’re open 7 days a week and in this role you’ll need to be available to work 5 variable days per week including weekends
