What you'll be doing... To ensure the continual replenishment of our Oxford Street store we move product in to store from our off site stock room located in Harrow daily. The service between the two locations needs to be hassle free, efficient and on time to ensure customers are not disappointed by poor product availability when they shop. But it’s more than just driving. You’ll work as part of the Stock Movement teams preparing the deliveries, safely packing and unpacking the loads and accurately recording each consignment. What you'll bring... You’ll need to provide a full UK driving license and CPC qualification (Driver Certificate of Professional Competence) in order to drive category C1 & D1 vehicles up to 7.5 tonne.*Group 1 licences obtained prior to Jan 1987 will automatically have this entitlement. Licenses obtained after Jan 1987 require a Group 2 license (category C1 and D1)
Your natural ability to really connect with people means you’ll play your part in our team with ease. helping your colleagues to achieve the daily targets and always finding a way to overcome any obstacles that may present themselves. You’ll have a natural ability to work in a safe manner with good knowledge of vehicle safety to comply with legislation and company policy. You’ll also be comfortable working with technology to process goods in and out. When you’ll be doing it...
