Comsetics Sales Manager - Uxbridge
We're on the lookout for a Sales Manager to lead our Beauty team in Debenhams Uxbridge. Cosmetics is a fast paced, fun and interactive department, and will allow the successful candidate the chance to drive a flawless customer experience for our Beauty shoppers.

As a Cosmetics Sales Manager in Debenhams you must:
- Put the needs of our customers at the centre of every decision
- Lead and inspire a team of Debenhams colleagues and oversee a number of brand counters
- Recognise opportunities for change and embrace the vision of our business for the future
- Drive events and marketing for our Beauty Hall
- Work with energy, pace and enthusiasm
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability
- Make sound commercial decisions which will drive Sales and our Beauty Club memberships
