What you’ll be doing… Personal Shoppers know everything there is to know about our product, they engage and inspire customers through creative fashion styling, cultivate meaningful relationships and drive loyalty to the Debenhams brand. Acting as a proud ambassador for our brands your role will be to create a fun and sociable shopping experience like no other. What you'll bring… Your natural enthusiasm for the latest trends and genuine love of fashion will enable you to create exciting and personalised one to one customer experiences. Through outfit building, personal recommendations and insight on the latest ‘must haves’ you’ll instinctively meet their every need and more! Combining your genuine enjoyment for helping people with excellent product knowledge you’ll embrace every opportunity to really connect with our customers. Your excellent planning and organisational skills will ensure you manage your client portfolio with ease, promoting the service to new customers and building awareness of your local market. When you’ll be doing it… We’re open 7 days a week and in this role you’ll need to be available to work 3 or 5 variable days per week including weekends. What you will get in return…
