Visual Assistant - Leeds White Rose

Our Visual Assistants ensure that all our stores look stylish, modern and striking. Through the creation of our window displays, presentation of all promotional material, and merchandising of our departments, they are there to ensure that we maximise our selling opportunities through excellent Visual Standards. 

Skills

You will have a creative personality and excellent communication skills. Using your initiative you will be able to come up with effective visual solutions as well as being able to work in an organised manner and follow specific and detailed visual guidelines. You will be supporting teams across the store therefore the ability to coach individuals on merchandising techniques and having an eye for detail is essential. 

Experience

The role can involve working at heights, using ladders and heavy lifting. Previous experience of working within a Visual role, academic qualifications within fashion or a creative subject would be beneficial.
