Customer Support (Loss Prevention) - Croydon - 16, 20 or 36.5 hrs

What you'll be doing...

Retail is all about the customer, so the most important thing you’ll be doing is simple…putting the customer at the heart of everything you do! The ability to go the extra mile for our customers is at the heart of the Loss Prevention role. Our team have a can do attitude to improving service levels within the store and are passionate about promoting security through service. This role involves assisting with stock loss action plans; identifying and prioritising daily workload; and supporting the store with stock takes and store opening/closing procedures. Most importantly our team are constantly spotting the opportunity to engage with customers and finding a way to fulfil the customers every need.

What you will bring...

 

A passion for customer service to create a sociable and fun shopping experience for our customers, leaving a lasting impression for all the right reasons; with a focus on sustaining a safe and welcoming environment for our customers. An understanding of the loss prevention environment (for example risk management, health and safety, CCTV analysis) would be preferable, but not always essential.

 

We’d like to hear from candidates who love working as part of a team and can offer the fun, friendly interaction that our customers look for from us.  

When you'll be doing it...

Our stores are open 363 days a year, and we want our customers to enjoy a seamless experience whenever they choose to visit. As we operate a seven day shift pattern, and this role will require you to have the flexibility to work 4 or 5 variable days per week. Flexibility for late night working and emergency calls will be a requirement.
