Merchandise Assistant - Hounslow - 25 hrs

We look to our Merchandise Assistants to create a memorable and easy shopping experience for our customers, leaving a lasting impression for all the right reasons. We’d like to hear from candidates who love working with product, have flair and attention to detail, and would be proud to act as a service ambassador. What you will bring... Our Merchandise Assistants take pride in delivering a seamless shopping experience for our customers. They are responsible for the look of our departments, ensuring that stock is replenished and merchandised to brand profile, and that we have the sizes and options that our customers require. Alongside this, they take pride in delivering the best service experience, whether that’s helping to queue bust at the tills or ensuring shoppers feel great in our fitting rooms. You will be on hand to confidently advise on our products, and provide a service that wows. When you'll be doing it... Our stores are open 363 days a year, and we want our customers to enjoy a seamless experience whenever they choose to visit. We operate a seven day shift pattern, and this role will require you to have the flexibility to work 5 variable days per week. Availability for late night working and emergency call outs will be a requirement.
