As an Assistant Sales Manager you will report directly to the Store Manager, you will support the Sales Manager to lead and deliver outstanding levels of customer service and to maximize selling opportunities on a daily basis. You will directly line manager the non-management selling teams and will be responsible for their personal development. As a highly proactive, organised and efficient individual, you will draw upon your strong commercial understanding and experience in order to solve problems and to make effective decisions. Your exceptional communications skills will enable you to coach and lead your team to succeed and exceed all company expectations. With an open mind approach, you will act as a positive change advocate for Debenhams as a company.
