Reception Supervisor - Norfolk Woods Resort and Spa - Pentney, King's Lynn

An exciting new position has become available for a Reception Supervisor at the five star resort; Norfolk Woods Resort and Spa.

This position will be to oversee the Reception team, ensuring our high standards are maintained across both. This will include completing staff rotas for both teams, completing initial and ongoing training with the team, handling guest queries and feedback and completing banking duties.

Alongside this, you will lead by example in providing exceptional customer service to all guests and owners within the resort, handling any complaints and feedback in a professional and efficient manner.

This is a permanent position to work full time, variable hours. This will include weekends and bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee any special requests and stays on park.
• Handle all telephone and personal enquiries courteously and promptly.
• Meet and greet all park guests, with the provision of refreshments when required.
• Deal with all customer queries and complaints immediately and courteously.
• Updating and dealing with Trip Advisor.
• Ensure the accurate cash handling of Reception.
• Assist with holiday and restaurant bookings.
• Deal with the owners and the rental guests
• Completing rotas and overseeing staffing for Reception

What experience you will need

• Similar previous experience is desired.

What skills you will need

• Excellent Customer Care to ensure high standards are maintained.
• Driving licence and ability to drive is advantageous to enable you to get to the park.
• Strong communication skills.
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
• Ability to maintain good customer service in high pressure situations.
• Good organisational skills.
